The average days a home was active on the market in January 2023 was 45 days. This is an increase ⬆️ of 7.1% from December 2022 and an increase ⬆️ of 136.8% compared to the market in January 2022.
 
The percentage of closed price to list price is 98.2% for January 2023, indicating that the closing price for a home was 1.8% lower than the listing price, on average. This is a decrease ⬇️ of 0.3% from December 2022 and a decrease ⬇️ of 4.0% compared to January 2022.
 
The market is warming to buyers, although sellers are still receiving top dollar for their homes.
